Flash Developers will undergo Rich Media Development training in Adobe Flash and Action Script. They will develop Rich Media Ads and other digital products for our clients. They will also contribute in reaching and improving team standards and metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Receive tasks from Team Leaders and other designated point persons and develop assigned projects for Clients.
- Monitor delivery status and slack time and takes measures to ensure productivity.
- Learn new production design, development methodologies, trade tools and apply them in production.
- Contribute in the documentation of bugs and their fixes shared in production.
- Contribute in the formulation of team-centric policies, standards and practices to ensure consistent performance and productivity of the team.
- Offer advice to team personnel on production design, development and testing.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Required skill(s): Adobe Flash, HTML, Computer Programming
- Preferred skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Web Design
- Required language(s): English
- Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill in Fort Bonifacio
