Creative Designers will undergo Rich Media Development training using Adobe Flash and Action Script. They will also train using Photoshop, After Effects and other digital products for our client (or others, depending on Services needs).
Responsibilities:

Receive tasks from Team Leads and other designated point persons and develops assigned projects for Client

Develop and produce materials for assigned client projects, such as:
Design/Layout
Flash Implementation (converting designs to Flash)
Flash Animation
Video/Motif Integration (optional)
Innovations (optional, requires extensive AS or animation)

Monitor own delivery status and slack time and takes measures to ensure productivity

Learn any new production design, development methodologies and trade tools and applies in production

Other tasks, duties and responsibilities, as necessary, that may be assigned by line manager
Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent

Required skill(s): Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, HTML

Preferred skill(s): Computer Programming, Web Design
