Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Assist with execution including planning, launching, monitoring, analyzing and communicating effective and ineffective areas of a campaign to drive your client’s success
- Coordinate with sales to help drive and grow both the Rich Media business when necessary
- Establish and sustain a high level of service and quality that the Rich Media team is known for
- Maintain consistently high client services ratings in concern with others on the team
- Become highly knowledgeable with the DART for Advertisers (DFA) and/or DART for Publishers (DFP) platform
- Appropriately prioritize your workload and properly set delivery expectations with clients
- Ability to effectively maintain client expectations and meet key deadlines.
- Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, and Product Management teams to provide high caliber customer service to advertisers, website publishers
- Expand personal and team knowledge of new and upcoming products
Supporting Responsibilities:
- Improve efficiencies with your clients
- Provide training to your clients, as necessary
- Provide recommendations, insight, and guidance to your clients based upon your Rich Media expertise
- Collaborate with team to ensure equal workload
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (Computer Science or IT considered a plus)
- At least 2 years of client facing experience with demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Rich Media, XML, Flash concepts, JavaScript desired
- Must be fluent in English (oral and written)
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Liaise with all Rich Media groups (Production, QA, Pub Relations, Creative, Innovation, etc.) to fully execute Studio creative campaigns
- Support Sales on calls with the Technical Services and/or Innovation team as well as introductory calls with new clients.
- Manage campaign Kickoff calls with Sales and clients.
- Review assets provided by Client/Creative Shop and reach out directly for any missing files.
- Set campaign timelines (ETAs) and monitor/manage client expectations on deliverables.
- Provide reporting support for Rich Media reports pulled by clients.
- Connect Production leads with technical contacts at creative groups for necessary questions during and prior to the production process.
- Manage the day to day relationship with the Client, staying in close touch with all parties.
- Act as first point of escalation for any Rich Media campaign issue, escalating to additional parties when necessary.
