Flash Developers will undergo Rich Media Development training in Adobe Flash and Action Script. They will develop Rich Media Ads and other digital products for our clients. They will also contribute in reaching and improving team standards and metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive tasks from Team Leaders and other designated point persons and develop assigned projects for Clients.
  • Monitor delivery status and slack time and takes measures to ensure productivity.
  • Learn new production design, development methodologies, trade tools and apply them in production.
  • Contribute in the documentation of bugs and their fixes shared in production.
  • Contribute in the formulation of team-centric policies, standards and practices to ensure consistent performance and productivity of the team.
  • Offer advice to team personnel on production design, development and testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  2. Support Sales on calls with the Technical Services and/or Innovation team as well as introductory calls with new clients.
  3. Manage campaign Kickoff calls with Sales and clients.
  4. Review assets provided by Client/Creative Shop and reach out directly for any missing files.
  5. Set campaign timelines (ETAs) and monitor/manage client expectations on deliverables.
  6. Provide reporting support for Rich Media reports pulled by clients.
  7. Connect Production leads with technical contacts at creative groups for necessary questions during and prior to the production process.
  8. Manage the day to day relationship with the Client, staying in close touch with all parties.
  9. Act as first point of escalation for any Rich Media campaign issue, escalating to additional parties when necessary.
